The day started out great yesterday: workout, good breakfast and packed a good lunch. Had plans to go help my partner with some bookkeeping in the afternoon, so I even brought lunch for him. Right as I was pulling up, he called and said that he and his employees were at a Mexican restaurant down the street, so I met up with them. Made good choices: steak fajitas, no chips and salsa or tortillas. After we got our work done, I gave in and had 2 beers (no even light!) with the guys who were finishing up their day.

Got home and my mom had made burgers and fries. I split a burger with Little Miss, didn't put any fries on my plate. I caught myself nibbling on the leftovers!!!! Was still feeling snacky so I grabbed some leftover chopped salad from the night before.

Not too terrible, blew my calorie goal by about 250 and had around 75g carbs.

I think that if I'm really going to do this, structure and staying away from booze are going to be the key to my success. Back on the wagon today-- eggs for breakfast and then I'll eat the lunch I was supposed to have yesterday.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
