Scale didn't budge today, but that's OK. 3.5 lbs in a week is nothing to shake a stick at!
I probably over-ate yesterday. Made a chili dog casserole last night. It was supposed to be low carb, but I added a can of chili beans which probably had quite a bit of sugar.
Little Miss woke up with a nightmare at 3 and didn't get back to sleep until 6. Of course I'm wide awake! Working on the week's menu and shipping list. Hopefully I'll get to nap when she does this afternoon.
