Caranya gmnaa. 😕 q dh agk turun sih. dri 64 . skrng 58, pi anehnya skrng nafasqu agk sesak. apa kurang asupan yh. soalnya low dh sesak. q paksain buat mkns suatu. pi no karbo.

sambik nurunin sambil nambah masa otot juga bisa kok, banyakin protein sama olahraga beban. kalo masalah nafas sesak saya kurang tau. diet+workout nggak?
