Ha! Yesterday's weigh in was on full tummy! Today's weigh in, first thing in the morning, actually reflects the work I've done! Much better.
102.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
