Merhaba arkadaslar! bu uygulamayi kullanmaya basladigimdan beri yediklerime dikkat ederek cok daha duzenli beslendigim icin kendimi hic olmadigim kadar saglikli hissediyorum. Tabi arada kilo kaybim da oldu. Fakat bence onemli olan, saglikli oldugun surece, estetik goruntu degil de kendini ne kadar enerjik ve iyi hissettigin. Hepinize bu yolda basarilar diliyorum :)
