Down noticeably from yesterday. I'm back on a regular exercise regimen after three months of recovery from surgery. Back at work too. I have three months to go as head cook and bottle-washer of my department before I can lay this burden down, and, I hope, a good deal of the stress that goes with it.

BMI is 23.1. I found a body fat calculator which says that my body fat is 20.76% and this is "acceptable".
73.1 kg Lost so far: 79.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
