Getting back into gym and the weight is coming back on. I have been eating well and working hard at the gym so presume it is a muscle gain. I am still getting remarks about my weight loss so must be doing something right
136.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
