Wooo- hoo! Looked at the scale this morning and had to blink twice at the numbers. Down a few pounds, that's some motivation to stay on the Meat Challenge for the rest of the week. I can do it!
74.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
