I think I am in love, with my way of eating that is.
Keto is my way to go. I can eat loads of food, and still lose weight.
I am impressed!
Down 1# in only one day? Great news for me.
I don't eat many carbs it seems and my body is doing what it was meant to do, burn the fat!!! I am a very happy woman!!!!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I'm back up, carbs wise, but after deducting fiber it's 30-40g. Just can't be in mentality of restricting my vegetables intake for the sake of numbers; that wouldn't be sustainable. If I have to increase activity to stay in keto, so be it. Glad you're enjoying this!
