I ended up relapsing this weekend because it was my birthday on Wednesday. I went to the gym this morning and did 20 mins on the stair master, maxed out the bench in 4 sets, 3 sets of dead lifts, and 3 sets of leg press....
127.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
