my steps is ,3955 burned 1934,miles1.82 I was canning my peach butter today ,so didn't get to many steps in today ,but I used a lot of calories so to me that's what counts .
58.6 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
