Todays workout
Treadmill: 1:10 at 3.5mph and .50 at 6mph intervals for 30 min, 2 miles
Cleaning: 2 hours
Weights: 10 min
Yoga stretch: 10 min
Bodyrock: 12 min

I have not done any of this yet but I will get it done today. I had taken Friday through Sunday off from working out and now it is time to get back to training for the 5k.
I am going to try and run every other day and on the other days do an hour of yoga.
I have a athliet training yoga that I did the other day and it really helps put everything back in its place and I am not so sore all the time.
I always love doing yoga but somehow it is the hardest thing for me to get myself to do.
Also going to try and do an hour every day. Since I can only last 30 min on the treadmill I will have to make it up in other places but that's ok b/c I really need to keep up my weights anyways and doing those with the running should only help.
