Well last night while playing around at home I had managed to kcik a door with my little toe causing it to be either broken or bruised. It is extremly sore and I am only just able to walk with a big limp. This mean walking and exercise are going to be kept to a minimum for a little while...
136 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 41 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
