Well I am still losing weight. Oh and in response to the comments on my last post. I am not giving myself a cheat day. I must have given that impression. I am just not exactly following induction because I am allowing myself to have a low carb tortilla shell every now and then. I am in ketosis and have been all week and I always stay around 20 carbs a day. I check my ketone level every morning and evening so I can tell if I need to change anything. I may not be following induction word for word but I am still eating low carb and I have done this beofore so I know what works for my body. I can stay in ketosis eating low carb tortillas or even double fiber whole wheat bread. It is when I start adding dairy such as sugar free pudding and low carb ice cream that I get out of ketosis and stop losing my weight. I think everyone's body reacts differently to the different types of carbs. Oh I can eat peanut butter and nuts and they don't affect my weight loss either. Good Luck Everyone!!!

That's great! As long as you're in ketosis and losing, don't worry what we say. I'm glad that works for you. I wish I could eat low-carb tortillas. :( Oh well. Stay strong, you're doing great!
