I am inspired and disappointed all at the same time. I have joined a gym to eliminate excuses and to further my motivation to keep moving and working out. I broke into the 220s last week, got super excited for myself, and then it was over. I am back in the 230s--granted I am at the lower end, but still I am disappointed by this. I have eaten less and worked out more for the past few days, but I feel stuck at 231. I know I hovered around 239-240 for a couple of weeks in January, but I wasn't trying as hard then as I am now. I guess I just feel whiny today. I want instant gratification when I do well with my eating and working out. ANYWAY, no matter how defeated I feel right now, I am not giving up! I just hope I don't have a plateau or a "stuck spot" for every 10lbs. or so that I lose. I know plateaus happen, but I really need them to happen less frequently!!!
104.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
