i started swimming from saturday onwards....1 hr swimming + combined with 35 minutes speed walk in treadmill + few stretches, + 50 squats + 20 dumbells 3kg- on both hands upside down..... 3 days dedication - careful food with not much rice...and today no food...only red banana and milk....evening swimming class.....
i reduced 2 kg ...from last week friday ...
