i started swimming from saturday onwards....1 hr swimming + combined with 35 minutes speed walk in treadmill + few stretches, + 50 squats + 20 dumbells 3kg- on both hands upside down.....
3 days dedication - careful food with not much rice...and today no food...only red banana and milk....evening swimming class.....

i reduced 2 kg ...from last week friday ...
81.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
