I am very constipated & believe my weigh in # would be less if my bowels had been working right. Today I will start bumping my finer & water intake. As I see my fiber #s are low at times & my lips are severely dry for the whole week.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Atkins can do that to you. I have to do a modified Atkins. Make sure your getting your vegetables and water in. You may need to eat some bran or something. Don't let it get worse because you can end up with more problems.
