What a week! I lost 4 lbs, but could have done better if I would have stuck to the exercise plan. And we did have pizza one night. I caved after the wild week we had and ordered comfort food.
One BIG accomplishment to me...maybe not anyone else, but I went to the store for groceries and didn't walk out with a chocolate bar. I know that seems small, but it's like a crack addiction to me. And wow - no candy and I'm still alive! Who knew? LOL
This week I'm going about the exercise differently. As soon as my husband and son are out the door and I get the house settled down again, Mr. Horton and I are going to have our hour and 1/2 private time together!
This weekend I'm going to WV so I'm not sure how my exercise will work. I'm thinking I can take my laptop and work out in the hotel room. I also made sure that I got a room with a fridge so we're not eating out.
Planning ahead. That's the lesson I learned this week!
