I have lost 1 pound since my last weigh-in back in November. Not impressive...thankfully still a lost. I have rejoined Weight Watchers to kind of refuel my focus. I have goals this week of tacking my meals/snacks, consuming little to no bread, rice or pasta and having minimal to no extra sugar or sugary sweets and cut back on high fat items. I will stop when I am comfortably satisfied.

Wish me luck...I will weigh in on Saturday!!!
108.0 kg Lost so far: 39.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
