WTF.... I did not expect a gain today. I know I was SLIGHTLY over my limit yesterday but I honestly was still expecting a Weight loss... The body is an amazing thing...
138.3 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes the body takes DAYS to react to our actions, and of course there can be MANY factors other than just in vs. out - water retention and so on. You're still doing good, though I do see that you've been at a halt for a little while. Are you sure you're eating the right things? Are you within RDI? Do you drink enough water? Is the food you're eating very heavy?
