5 days down and 5 lbs gone! :) Makes it worth it 100%! If I can get through this weekend - I will be golden - and well on my way! I want to make it thru these first 2 wks again so I can have a few nuts to add to my salads - that's what I'm looking forward to! :) I really hope by this time next week I will have a '1' in front of my weight - which I haven't seen since almost 2 years ago in the beginning of my pregnancy with my 1 yr old son!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Woo-hoo! Way to jqstanwood. You are doing great. Not sure what added concerns you have regarding the weekend but don't forget we are here if you need some additional support and encouragement.

Just a little bit different schedule - have a class to go to tomorrow for foster care licensing - will have to make sure I pack my lunch! During the week I have a daycare - so we stay pretty busy and I'm not as tempted to eat extra - but on the weekends I can get pretty lazy sometimes - and that's when I want to eat more - when I'm just sitting around! I can do it - I know I can! Don't worry - I'll be on here often no matter the day! I love looking at what other people are doing to get ideas! :) Thank so much for all the feedback you have given so far - I do appreciate it! :) Jq

Weekends are my worst too and for the same reasons. I bring food to work during the week so I will stick to my plan but on the weekends I get busy studying, doing homework, housework, and being with family that I don't take the time to cook what I need. Those are the days that I actually don't eat enough.
