Gotta keep up the activity. I'm eating very well except for a couple slip ups (birthday dinners etc.). Adding the 1 mile swim to my weekly rep. At least 2 times a week.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
