Friday was my Birthday. I had surgery on Tuesday and 1 1/2 weeks before that. This past week I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted. I just didnt want to worry about it. I also wanted some carrot cake! My veggies you know. lol Weight went up some. Will deal with it now. Though. I won't keep it on long.
114.4 kg Lost so far: 31.2 kg.    Still to go: 48.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
