3 lb gain in 1 day. WTF?!?
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is probably what it is. I went up 3 pounds in one day last week and then lost it again the next day. weight can be a mean mean prankster sometimes....
