Looking good! Sticking with it! It's tough.... I *had* to have ice cream cake last night for my dad's birthday. It was sooo good. But I made sure to eat like next to nothing for the beginning of the day to make up for that.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
