Very large jump up on the scale. I was expecting the 290's but came in 1/2 a pound under that. now time to work back down the scale. Time to put on some coffee.

Thanks Helewis. :) Welcome back Kendra!! I hear you on that 40 lbs. I think total amount up from my smallest recorded weight is like 43lbs. I'm 9lbs away from a ticker color change, so going to work towards that this month.

I think you should look at the positive - it was only 1.3 pounds per week! I've gone on vacation and easily gained 12 pounds, and probably 3-5 of that was actual fat, so no worries! You just have to make a small change and you'll be back losing again!

I'm back on my program Brandy. :) I know I can trust myself for a day or two tops away from logging right now, but logging on here keeps me accountable. Once I had strayed from logging I really lost my motivation. Slowly stopped weighing in every morning. Then unhealthy snacks started creeping in, then unhealthy fast food meals....just a slide down the scale in general. I'm actually happy today. So if I didn't sound so in my journal I blame the lack of tone that text conveys. :P Now off to start lunch.
