hello
just started MWL and im on day 4>> this is hard. hungry alot. when does it get better?
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Congrats on starting. Week 1 is definitely the hardest. I hated every minute of it! It felt like a month! In week 2, you will be able to add fruit & veggies. That was no consolation to me during week 1 since I don't like fruit and veg but it's amazing the difference it's made; it's made the diet bearable. In terms of your hunger levels, are you taking the appetite suppressants and drinking enough water? Are you eating enough protein? Protein will make you feel full longer. I didn't opt for the appetite suppressants and yeah, I was miserable but stick with it - it does get better in week 2....

Thanks.... I don't take the appetite suppressants I just take the stay slim tablets...might be mind over matter... I stated drinking more water and I feel much better thanks for the tip. Tomorrow I weigh in. Hope I'm not dissapointed. I followed this to a T. I have been eating fat free cottage cheese, that was a life saver. I also cannot wait for week two so I can eat veggies. I'm not a big veggie eater but I will be...lol
