Congrats on starting. Week 1 is definitely the hardest. I hated every minute of it! It felt like a month! In week 2, you will be able to add fruit & veggies. That was no consolation to me during week 1 since I don't like fruit and veg but it's amazing the difference it's made; it's made the diet bearable. In terms of your hunger levels, are you taking the appetite suppressants and drinking enough water? Are you eating enough protein? Protein will make you feel full longer. I didn't opt for the appetite suppressants and yeah, I was miserable but stick with it - it does get better in week 2....
