Well, here we are at the end of February, and I am pretty darn close to my 10 lbs! I actually did make it, but had a 2 lb relapse... let's just consider it accomplished. I feel healthier than I have in 5 years. I know I won't ever be 18 again, but I can feel happy with my body for the first time in such a long time....
It is sad that my sense of self-worth is so tied to my body mass, I hate it. But it is. I want to be a gazelle. I want to melt my ribs away. I know I will never be that skinny, I was blessed with the build of a new-world mennonite, and my hips want to have babies, but I will sculpt my body how I will, within healthy limits. I will NOT make myself sick to be skinny.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
