Getting into it again. Been a good start with a couple big loses. I have to say the sauna is doing some good. too loses of 1.3kgs a day from just swimming and sauna. I will try to get there once a week. I have been stronger fighting against cravings and not eating the bad stuff. Feeling good
136.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
