Not too much holiday damage I guess. Back to lean cuisine, smart ones and H20. It will be really nice to finally get below 180. At the start of this I wasn't sure that I could reach my goal weight of 175. Now I am positive that I can do this and maybe even a bit more. My wife misses cooking but she has been a great help. I would have likely failed without her support.
