Diet GM nya cm tahan sampai hari ke 5, hari ke 6 & 7 ada acara makan2 yg gk bisa nolak, duh jd turun dikit deh
53.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
