So the plan last week was Dinner Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun. I called it my 44:4 plan. I took my wife out on a date Friday night and ended up eating. So from Thursday to Sunday I was on a 20:4 plan which is why I am up. I'm back on plan this week and given my schedule, should find it easy to stick to.
