Cheated like a dog yesterday and still lost weight :)
97.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's great! But be careful 😊I made a habit of cheeting once, thinking I lose weight anyway. Well, I ended up falling off the track completely and gained all I lost back. I deleted my history on FS just not to see everyday how well I made before and how I ruined it afterwards. Once a while it is okay but I just suggest not making a habbit of it (I am also working on it, I know it is very hard). Best!
