Life got in the way. It has been, and still is, very very hard. I lost my focus. I started drinking my gin with tonic. I don't do sweeteners, just proper tonic. I gained more weight. I need to refocus. I need to lose weight. I will start to take my gin neat.
It starts this weekend. My gin buddy is away, I can get back in the saddle.
Truth be told, I am not ready.
I need a new notebook for my food log. It has to be nice. I have nice books, nice pens. When will I be ready to put it all together. ... ?
It is cold. When I reduce food intake *I* go cold. Cold on cold is not a great incentive.
Looking at my buddies for inspiration. I see so many improvements all round, they are all doing so well. Well done you friendly folk. I hope to join your successes soon.
