Woke up at 12:30 at a popsicle and three pieces of ham which I know was wrong. Woke up for good at 6:45 for a total nights sleep of 8 hrs and 45 minutes.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
