At last I have reversed the trend and lost some weight.
48.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1763 kcal Fat: 77.94g | Prot: 91.19g | Carbs: 190.35g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: McDonald's French Fries (Small), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Mashed Potato, Mixed Salad Greens, Salmon. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Mixed Salad Greens, Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette, Thousand Island Dressing, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: So Delicious Coconut Milk Fudge Bar, Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels, Coffee. more...
