I didn't eat the things I had planned to but I did stick to the exercise plan! :) so I estimate that tomorrow I'll be around 60.1... let's see how good my maths is :)
So, for Tuesday; oats for breakfast, mangoes and coffee for snacks. mushroom pasta for lunch and hopefully some dinner from mom.
I will walk tomorrow morning; goal 250 cal. I will go swim after lunch; goal 500 cal. Dance is 90 min. So we're starting off in the green :)
60.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
