Apparently I'm not eating enough and not going regularly so the weight's stuck. Haven't been getting proper rest or sleep cz of e little one and haven't been running for 3weeks now. I still go for 3-8km walks 4-6days a week and I squeeze in strength training here and there so it could be muscle.. Feeling exhausted!
61.5 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
