It's time for me to ramp up the exercise because the weight loss has been slower this week. I will either a walk or stationary bike today for 20 minutes. My goal is to workout a minimum of 3 times. Now that my foot is almost better- there is no reason not to move!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
