Resumed some exercise this week after Dr. gave me the ok to resume normal activity. Went to gym Thursday & Friday. Tried surfing Sat but incision area is still too sore to lay on board.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
