I've been off the grid for a few weeks, what with houseguests and sick dogs. and was wondering if I might be gaining. Not so! I could have lost more perhaps, but without recording what I ate every day I did okay! Hope to catch up with everyone.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, thank you! 20 lbs gone from my highest weight, and the clothes are showing it. I feel so much better too.
