Today is a 10 or less carb day. Trying to keep carbs under 12% of diet for now. It seems my carb sensitivity is on red alert... too many chocolate bunnies in the danger zone. Resistance is not so futile...but not 100% either
92.0 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
