Suppose to be on a VLCD but the last 3 weeks it was more of a ALCD (Almost Very Low Calorie Diet). I was stuck on 186 lb for almost 3 week and was completely frustrated as i was still way net negative on calories during my ALCD (800-1000) period. More importantly morning mg/dl stayed under 100 except for only one day where it hit 110 after completely falling off the wagon with a 2000+ calorie dinner the night before. This is the last day of week 7 of my 8 week diet. Don't think I will reach my goal of 172 by the end as Easter is just ahead. Going to take a month off dieting then start again for a shorter period with a goal of 165. After reaching 165 my hope is to maintain a weight in the 170 range for the rest of the year. As of today, I am officially considered non-Obese according to the national BMI scale. (88 mg/dl this morning)
