Just cant seem to get past this point. I think I relaxed the diet the passed couple days. The weight is not showing results but feel i am putting on some muscle because my waist seems to be getting smaller, Well the belt is tighening anyway
139.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

measure yourself with a tape measure and records the measurements! since the scales aren't always the best way to tell if you've lost or gained :)

i had taken measurements not long ago but been sack in taking follow up measurments
