I can't believe that the weight is finally coming off at a good rate! Now, the goal is to maintain this weight through the long weekend and thru my birthday week next week. We have a lot going on, and I have a lot of meals planned out. I just have to make sure that I have "clean" meals out, with little to no added oils and I should be fine. Soups and eggs have been great calorie-savers, while still providing enough protein and filling me up.
