A baby whoosh! And ketone stick in dark pink. Ate like a queen yesterday and lost the most I have since like the 4th day I started. At last!

2/15 ok, figured it out it's because i weighed in at 8 a.m. instead of 3 a.m. Happened on 2 Sundays, so not an accurate weight.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
