Had a big day of exercise yesterday. I woke up in the morning suffering the CBF's then all of a sudden I got a burst of energy and made the most of it. A good gym work out followed by a Sauna Session and session in the Hydro pool to strengthen my knee. Tonight I have Boxing for the first time. I just hope I can make it through the hour session.
