Had a great exercise day - ran 8 miles at the park and made good time.
Half marathon in 5 days! Rice with curry last night - should have skipped
the rice. :(
68.4 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
