Well, it's been a week since I last weighed in and I haven't lost anything. I've kept up with the Atkins induction, on day 11, as well as kept up on exercising 3 - 4 days a week. It's frustrating to limit what I eat, have cravings for what i really want, and ignore those cravings to only see no movement on the scale. I've been taking measurements every saturday/sunday so hopefully I'll see some change there though my clothes don't prove it from what I can tell.
I've been exercising now for 5 weeks, 3 - 4 times a week and am still exhausted, even more so now that I've eliminated all alcohol and carbs (outside of veggies). It makes me miserable and I hate that I"m miserable around my family and friends. It's not fair to them or me.
This is not an eating lifestyle I can or want to maintain but it seems to be the only way I can lose weight; which is getting more difficult the older I get.
Has anyone experienced this and come out the other side better off? I could really use some tips for this trying time. I know I have to just keep going but I could use some other help please.
