Working at weight loss is a continuous battle in my head. I have to remember that it is all worth it in the end and I DO want to reach that goal no matter what my tempting self wants to think.
112.0 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 46.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
